PACC Vocational Training operates Le Saucier, a gourmet-class dining room open to the public throughout the year. The restaurant operation is part of the training process in our Professional Cooking, Market Fresh Cuisine and Restaurant Service programs.
Enjoy brilliant meals accompanied by interesting wine pairings and delicious desserts that rival some of Montreal’s finest eateries. All of our food is prepared using the freshest and locally sustainable products. Our aspiring chefs use their skills to craft a high-end gourmet experience under the guidance of our seasoned teaching team. Because we are a teaching facility, our prices are substantially lower than those found in industry. We are able to offer our customers fine gourmet dining at extraordinary prices.

Please be aware that cancellations greatly affect our ability to offer the best learning opportunity for our students. Circumstances beyond our control may occasionally result in a service being re-scheduled or cancelled.
For payment, we accept cash, Interac, Visa, Master Card, PACC Gift Certificates and cheques made payable to PACC.
