You will have the chance to apply your skills by performing industry related tasks on your own and in small groups. Our expert teaching staff provide you with insight into the health care industry and guide you step by step through the program’s learning modules.

Skills you will learn:

  • Office management
  • Building effective client relationships
  • Administrative skills, including understanding medical forms, keeping statistics, scheduling, and medical reporting
