La Boutique – LaSalle Campus

Getting supper on the table is easy! Drop by La Boutique on your way home and pick up a fresh cut of meat, fish, or a ready to serve a gourmet meal. Our boutique is open for the sale of products from the Pastry Making, Retail Butchery and Professional Cooking programs. We offer freshly made items at very competitive prices and you will be supporting the efforts of future chefs and butchers. Our inventory changes every day depending on what the students are cooking in class. Don’t miss out on a thing.

Pâtisserie Pearson – Pointe-Claire Campus

Our newest location in Pointe-Claire opened in November 2022. This location specializes in bread, viennoiseries and fine pastries. Items are made each day by our Pointe-Claire campus students.

Items vary based on what the students are studying each day and can include cakes, modern entremets, viennoiseries, chocolate and many other tasty treats.
